Privacy Policy

Revision Desk is a project review, revision confirmation, and scope management tool for creative studios. During the founding paid beta, we collect the account, workspace, project, reviewer, and usage information needed to provide those workflows.

Uploaded files are stored in private storage. A valid client review link is checked by the server before a short-lived signed URL is created.

Anyone holding an active review link may access the content bound to that project. Studios should share review links carefully and revoke or regenerate them if they may have been exposed.

We use account and project information to operate the service, enforce project limits, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain review and confirmation records. We do not intentionally collect passwords, file contents, or client feedback text for marketing analytics.

Workspace access is controlled through authenticated membership and row-level security. Public client links only expose the display data needed for review.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the service operator. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, or applicable legal obligations.

Revision Desk does not provide legal advice. Review and confirmation records are operational records and are not guaranteed to have automatic legal effect in any jurisdiction.
