Terms of Service

Revision Desk provides project review, revision confirmation, scope management, change request, fee confirmation, and final delivery confirmation workflows. It is currently offered as a founding customer paid beta.

You are responsible for your account, workspace members, project content, and the people with whom you share client review links. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity.

Files are kept in private storage and delivered through short-lived signed URLs after the review token is validated. A person holding an active review link can access the project content bound to it, so you must share links with care.

Founding Studio is offered at US$39 for 90 days to the first 20 accepted studios. Access is granted manually after payment is arranged outside the website. No automatic renewal is enabled.

After the founding period, continued access is expected to be offered at US$19/month, but future availability and terms are not guaranteed. Existing project data is not deleted merely because access expires or a project limit is exceeded.

Revision Desk creates review records, revision confirmation records, and finalization operation records. It is not a legal evidence platform, does not provide legal advice, and does not replace an electronic signature provider. Records are not guaranteed to have automatic legal effect in any jurisdiction.

During the paid beta, features may be corrected or improved. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent pricing, or that every dispute will be prevented.
