Included revisions
The project fee includes 2 revision rounds. A revision round is one complete, consolidated set of feedback on the current version. Requests that change the agreed deliverables, audience, format, direction, or scope are not corrections and may be quoted separately.

How feedback is submitted
The client will collect input from all reviewers and submit one consolidated, non-conflicting feedback list for each round. Feedback should reference the current version and identify the requested outcome clearly.

Feedback deadline
Feedback is due within 5 business days. If feedback arrives later, delivery dates may be rescheduled according to current availability.

Additional revisions and scope
Work beyond the 2 included rounds, or work outside the original scope, requires confirmation before it begins. Additional work is priced using a separately approved fixed fee or hourly quote. Any fee and schedule change will be presented for approval.

Turnaround
The normal revision turnaround is 3 business days after consolidated feedback. The timing begins after a complete feedback round is received and any necessary clarification is resolved.

Final approval
The client will name one final approver who has authority to resolve conflicting feedback and approve the final version. Written approval of the final version closes the revision phase. Requests made after final approval are treated as new work unless the studio confirms otherwise in writing.
